1. In a medium bowl add the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, stevia, and salt) whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
2. In a separate bowl add the eggs and almond milk, whisk with the whisker for one minute until you have a creamy and liquid batter, add the dry ingredients to the wet and continue whisking for another 30 seconds, at this point add the chocolate chips and stir them into the batter.
3. Let the batter sit for 4 minutes to thicken.
4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/3 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
