There is also a really cool Wilton Easy-Flex Silicone Mini Loaf Pan for Bread, Cakes, and Meatloaf, 4-Cavity (I added to my Christmas wish list). You could also use mini loaf foils or a regular bread loaf pan. If using a regular pan, the bake time will be longer. After baked, I sliced each loaf into 12 slices.
Since your hands will already be goopy, just scoop it equally into the 4 mini loaf molds. Smooth out the top a bit, but it doesn’t need to be perfect. Bake for 50-55 minutes and remove from oven. While they are still hot, remove from loaf pan. You can use a knife or thin spatula to separate the sides and then pop it out. Let cool on a wire rack.
If you use normal-sized (9 × 5 inch = 23 × 13 cm) loaf pan the bread will be quite flat. Another option is to double the recipe for the normal-sized pan, however then the baking time is longer, approximately one hour. I haven’t found small silicone loaf pans (except from Amazon ).
Whisk the cream in bowl with electric whisk until just below firm then fold through the mascarpone with a silicone spatula. Use a palate knife to add the frosting to the cooled low-carb gingerbread loaf. Place the granulated allulose and butter in a pan. Stir over a low/medium heat with a balloon whisk, about 3minutes, until golden.
