This Middle Eastern kebab recipe has been in the family for so long, I've made it several times and I never failed to impress. Next time try this kofta kebab recipe. Shish Kabob or Kebab, skewers of beef and vegetables, are the most interesting grilled meat recipe for my family, and many others.
Lay the keto beef kabobs on to a small baking sheet (see photo in post) and balance them so they are not touching the bottom of the baking sheet. Broil for up to 5- 10 minutes per side, turning at least once and basting with remaining marinade until the meat is cooked. Don't forget to join our Keto Low Carb Facebook Group!
This is how I make these low carb kebabs in a nutshell: Cut the chicken and vegetables into chunks. Mix the marinade of soy sauce, Lakanto golden, garlic, ginger, salt & pepper. Place the chicken and vegetables in a large baggie and pour the marinade over top. Refrigerate over night or make it early in the morning for serving in the evening.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. To grease the grill, lightly dip a wad of paper towels in vegetable oil and, using tongs, carefully rub over the grates several times until glossy and coated. Grill the chicken kabobs until golden brown and cooked through, turning the skewers occasionally, 13 to 15 minutes.
