3. Toss corn with the oil and lay out on sheet pans with parchmentpaper. Roast corn for about 10 minutes, or until it starts tobrown. Pull corn and toss with a spatula to promote evenbrowning, place back in oven for another 5 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, chipotle chilipowder, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, juice and zest from thelime(s) and most of the Parmesan cheese (reserve some forsprinkling on the top as a garnish, along with a little cilantro)

3. Grill the corn: Place the husked corn directly onto grill grates. Grill the corn for about 3-5 minutes or until kernels begin to turn golden brown and look charred. Turn over and repeat. When all sides are browned, remove from the grill onto a plate.
4. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and cilantro.
