1. Preheat the oven to 110C/220F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the egg whites and beat together until frothy. Add the cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar in, one tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a star point tip attached.
3. Pipe out tablespoon portions of meringue onto on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
4. Turn the oven off and slightly open the oven door. Let the meringue cookies cool in there for an hour. After an hour, remove from the oven and let sit at room temperature until cooled.

4. Add syrup and egg white into the bowl and with hand-mixer keep mixing until fluffy white consistency appears

6. Add egg whites, cream of tartar and salt to a large bowl. Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, blend on low speed until the mixture is frothy.
7. Increase speed of mixer to high and gradually add sweetener a tablespoon at a time allowing the mixer to run about 15 seconds between each tablespoon.
8. Beat on high until the sugar is completely dissolved, the mixture is thick and white, and stiff peaks form when you remove the mixer.
