1. Chop the vegetables, "roast" the peppers in a nonstick pan with olive oil (if desired), rinse and drain the canned beans.
2. Add everything to a bowl and mix.
3. Add salt and pepper if desired (I did not need salt, because of the feta and olives).
4. Enjoy immediately.
