Press the low carb meatloaf mixture into a loaf pan, or 8×8 square pan. If desired, brush the top with sugar-free ketchup half way through baking. Bake 1 hour. Let cool for ten minutes. Serve hot. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. That’s it. Super easy!
