Great overall recipe. I did change the amount of lemon juice to 2 tbsp and my cheesecake sets up nice and firm. Mixed 1 packet of plain gelatin with hot water until dissolved. Let cool till just slightly warm. Use hand mixer or wire whisk to blend thoroughly. Sets up nice with gelatin. Otherwise was runny. The flavor is ok I guess.
