This Bourbon Maple Glazed Salmon takes only 20 minutes! Preheat oven to 400°F. Thoroughly pat the salmon dry. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Whisk maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, lemon juice and dill and set this glaze aside. Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
This Maple Bourbon Glaze is a sweet and sticky glaze that is perfect on ribs, chicken, and so much more. It's a delicious and beautiful way to finish up any of your BBQ. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 mins until the glaze reaches a syrupy consistency.
Pour bourbon-maple glaze over the salmon. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10 minutes or just until fish flakes slightly with a fork. Do not overcook.
Very gently rewarm leftovers on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees F, in a small skillet on the stove, or enjoy at room temperature. Use leftover bourbon glazed salmon on a salad (this Caesar Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Crispy Chickpea Croutons would be tasty!).
