1. Cut the broccolini stems to remove the tough ends and add to a large mixing bowl with the baby spinach.
2. Peel and mince the garlic and add to a small mixing bowl with the olive oil, tahini, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
3. Peel and dice the avocado and add to the bowl with the broccolini and spinach. Season with a little salt and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds over the salad, stirring them into the vegetables.
