    3. In a large bowl , add the cooled onion mixture and the remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce. Mix with your hands until just combined (over mixing will make a tough meat loaf).
    4. Transfer the meat mixture to the loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. (If you're using a baking sheet just mold the meat loaf into a log shape.) Top with the remaining BBQ sauce.
