Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, crack and beat an egg. In a shallow bowl, add coconut flour and get rid of any clumps. Soak each fillet of cod in the egg for about a minute on each side. Then press each side of the fillet into the coconut flour. Arrange the fillets on a cooking sheets and season with the spices.
