2. In a medium-size mixing bowl combine: sour cream, 2 tbsp of the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Brush or spread the sour cream mixture over both sides of the chicken and place in the casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle remaining ½ tbsp of parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

2. Heat the remaining butter and olive oil in a separate large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, sear the chicken breasts until they are cooked all the way through and golden brown on both sides.
3. While the chicken is searing, add the chicken stock and sour cream to the onion and mushroom mixture. Mix in and bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat. Then, reduce the heat to low and allow the sauce to simmer and thicken, about 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, plate it and top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions.
