Next, roll out the remaining cookie dough. Use the larger cookie cutter to cut the cookie and the smaller cutter to cut a hole in the center of the cookie. Transfer the cookies to the cookie sheet for baking. You should have equal amounts of cookies with holes in the center to cookies without holes in the center. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they begin to turn golden.
