Low carb chicken quesadillas are super quick and easy to make! Just with extra creamy jalapeno sauce, I love Taco Bell chicken quesadillas but they don’t fit into my new lifestyle. Wanting to satisfy my craving, that would allow me to indulge and enjoy. I decided to come up with chicken quesadillas recipe.
Most tortillas are not keto as they are very high in carbs. As an example, one taco-sized flour tortilla has 24 grams of carbohydrates. To make a low carb quesadilla, the most important thing is using keto-friendly tortillas. Can I Make Quesadillas Without Meat? You sure can!
Add the chopped sliced avocado, chicken breast, and jalapeño to only one half of the wrap. Add favorite ingredients and cheese! With a spatula fold the wrap over and press down to flatten (not too much!). This will glue the quesadilla together with the melted cheese. Take off the pan and cut into thirds.
