3. Pour egg mixture into slow cooker over the broccoli, spread to the edges with a spatula. Cover with lid and cook for 2 to 2.5 hours on high or 4 to 4.5 hours on low. The casserole is done when it is firm in the center.
4. Serve warm with sour cream and extra bacon on top!
