4. Pour homemade sugar-free BBQ sauce on top of the chicken. You could also use your favorite store-bought variety.

4. Turn over again and baste one more time and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes or until internal temperature has reached 160 degrees. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Internal temperature should increase to 165 degrees while the chicken is resting.
