1. Heat up a flat top grill to 300 degrees. Lightly oil the flat top grill and sauté the mushrooms, bell peppers and onions with butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Butterfly the Italian sausages. Place the Italian sausages on the flat top grill and cook until no longer pink on both sides flipping halfway.
3. Once cooked, line up the Italian sausages and place the sautéd mushrooms, bell peppers and onions on top of them and top with mozzarella cheese. Place a cover over top or shut the grill till the cheese is melted.
4. Remove from grill and eat as is or put on a low carb bun. Enjoy!

1. Heat dutch oven over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and heat until it shimmers. Add the sausages and sautee 1-2 minutes per side, until browned. The sausage does not need to be fully cooked through at this stage. Remove sausages using tongs and set aside onto a plate. Once cool enough to handle, slice into 1" coins.
2. Combine the cauliflower florets and chicken broth in a 4-quart sauce pot. Place over a high flame and heat until the liquid comes to a boil. Cover, reduce to medium/medium-low to maintain a simmer, and steam until the cauliflower is very soft, approximately 20 minutes.
