1. First, make the sauce by shaking both ingredients together in a jar. Set aside.
2. Drain and rinse your noodles according to the package directions. Rinse well and set aside.
3. In a large wok, heat 2-3 Tbsp of the Sesame Oil. Add the onions, peppers, and cole slaw mix to the pan and stir fry about 5 minutes, until they are fork tender.
4. Add half the sauce to the wok with the vegetables and toss to combine. Add in the noodles and chicken, then stir fry another 5 minutes. Take the stir fry off the heat, add the rest of the sauce, and serve.
