3. Whisk in the gelatin, until completely dissolved. If your gelatin is not dissolving, place back over the heat and bring to a simmer, but don’t allow the mixture to boil.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into 4 glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until set.
