3. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, herbes de provence, and salt together.
4. Whisk the egg in a smaller bowl and melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan. Let the butter cool down a bit. Add the whisked egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Wash your hands and knead the dough into a ball with a spoon or with your hands.
