1. Fire up your grill to medium high heat. Mix the cumin and salt together in small dipping bowls.
2. Place lamb chops on and cover the grill. Check every 3-4 minutes, making sure they aren't burning. When they start browning and developing grill marks, flip them.
3. Continue to rotate the lamb chops until all sides are browned and have nice grill marks.
4. Lower the heat to medium low and cover again for another 4-5 minutes. Take off the grill and serve with cumin and salt sprinkled lightly on top.
