Add the prepared sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Stir in half of the green onions and turn off the heat.
4. To serve, split the rice between four bowls and top with the vegan beef mixture. Top with the remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
