2. Mix the butter with the cream cheese to form a consistency. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk. Transfer the dough into the pastry board and start adding sifted flour and knead the dough until it no longer sticks in to your hands. Roll the dough in to approximately 0.5 cm and cut about 6 x 6 cm squares or any other shape as mentioned above. Place about 1/2 teaspoon marmalade / pie filling in the center and stick together. Transfer in to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at about 350 F in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes to a slightly golden color. Let them cool and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
