1. In a bowl, add urad dal, fenugreek seeds, pressed rice, kodo millet and wash them. Soak them in fresh water for 4 hours.
2. Transfer ingredients to the grinder. Pour a little amount of water and add salt. Grind to a fine thick batter. Transfer the batter into a large vessel and keep aside for overnight.
3. Pour ladlefull batter in idli moulds and steam for 10 minutes. Prick a fork to check if the idli is prepared.
4. Align idlis on serving plates and serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
