Dutch Oven/Oven – Using a dutch oven is my favorite way to cook a keto chuck roast. It’s pretty self-sufficient too once you get it going. First, sear the keto roast on the stove in the Dutch oven and then use the same pot to bake it in. It has a great lid to hold in the steam which cooks the veggies and makes the meat tender.
Serve the duck with rutabaga and the balsamic sauce. If you don't have a slow cooker, you could use a dutch oven and cook it on the stove on medium-high heat. It'll take about 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the thighs. You could also cook it in the oven at 260 °F (125 °C) after step 2.
