3. Combine the cheesy egg mixture with the dry ingredients and mix throughly with a fork. The crumbly mixture should then be formed into a sticky ball. If more liquid is needed add a teaspoon of water at a time. If too watery, add more almond flour.
4. Wrap the dough ball in saran wrap and roll into a long cigar shape. Place in the refrigerator for a half hour to rest.

3. Remove from refrigerator and discard the plastic wrap. Cut the ball into 2. Roll one ball at a time into a long log. Cut into 1” pieces.
4. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the butter. When melted, add the gnocchi to the pan. Fry until golden on one side, then flip and fry on the other side, about 4 minutes per side.
