3. Cream. Use an electric mixer to cream the butter (1/2 cup), erythritol (3/4 cup), and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) together in a large bowl. Add eggs (2) and continue to mix until smooth.
4. Add flour combo. With the mixers on, add flour a little at a time.
