Whether you make a juice or put something in the blender what will make the low carb difference is what you put into it. Most keto-friendly ingredients, in the right amounts, can be put into the juicer or the blender. Keto juices are mostly limited to green juices in relatively small servings.
Depending on what kind of juice you are enjoying, some are keto friendly and some are not. This all depends on which fruits or vegetables your juice is made of. Unfortunately, most grocery store brands and mainstream juice shops aren’t suitable for a keto diet. The exception is Jamba Juice that provides several options.
