2. Put all the ingredients into a medium bowl.
3. Using a hand electric mixer, mix the ingredients until you get smooth batter.
4. Using all of the batter, make 12 ball shapes and place each onto the baking pan, lined with parchment paper. If the batter is too soft (which happened in my case), put it in the fridge for half an hour or so.
