1. Grease an 13 x 9 ″ baking dish with olive oil and set aside. Preheat your oven to 360°F. Place 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Stir well until combined.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet. Add the ground beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until it browns completely.
3. Add the cooked ground beef mixture to your prepared baking dish in an even layer.
4. Spread 3 cups canned or frozen green beans over the beef. If opting for a lower-sodium dish, use fresh green beans.

2. Cook Ground Beef and Onions: Heat avocado oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Add in sliced onions and saute for 5 minutes or until they begin to turn translucent. Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
3. Stir In Seasonings: Cut cream cheese into blocks and add to ground beef and onion mixture as well as the Coconut Aminos, Coarse Grain Mustard and black pepper. Turn heat down to medium and gently stir until cream cheese is melted and everything is combined. Once mixture is combined, fold in drained green beans.
