1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated monk fruit sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla and coffee. 3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least an hour before pouring the mousse filling into it.
4. In a small dish, combine the gelatin and the water. Stir and let it sit for a few minutes.
