2. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. Add the mozzarella and cream cheese to a large microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave at full power in 30 second intervals. After every 30 seconds, stir the cheese until it's completely melted and uniform. This should take around 2 ½ minutes in total. Do not try to microwave the full time at once because some of the cheese will overcook. You can also melt the cheese over the stove in a double boiler.
4. In the same bowl as the cheese mixture, add in 2 eggs and the almond flour mixture. Mix until the dough forms. The dough will be quite sticky, which is totally normal.

2. Preheat your oven to 400. Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Sprinkle a bit of the everything seasoning on top of the baking sheets.
3. Divide the fathead dough in half and then keep dividing it until you get ten equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
4. For each individual ball, hold the dough ball in one hand and then use a finger from the other hand to push up through the center of the ball to make the hole of the bagel. Gently form the ball into a bagel and place it on to the prepped baking sheet. Leave enough room between bagels to allow for spread.
