These seem great and all but I want to note that regular hot wings are not against keto. Take segmented chicken wings and drop them in a frier or a pan with some hot oil until they are done and crispy, take them out and put them in a bowl with buffalo sauce and flip them around until coated. No carbs whatsoever. I ate a lot.
