DirectionsStep1Take a cup of almond flour in a bowl. Shift it through a sieve for better results.Step2Add a tbsp of ghee or coconut oil or melted vegan butter to the flour.Step3Mix the oil in the dough by using your fingers. You have to rub the crumbled flours drenched in oil for better mixing.Step4Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix well.Step5Add 1/4 tsp carom seeds(optional) and kasoori methi or dried fenugreek.(optionalStep6Mix well so that all ingredients combine well.Step7Now add 1/4 cup of psyillum husk. Mix well.Step8Prepare the dough by adding some warm water to the dough and mixing the dough well.Step9Knead it a little to prepare a soft dough.Step10Rest the dough.Step11Take 1/2 cup of soaked almonds and walnuts in a food processor.Step12Add cilantro, lime juice, green chili, 1/2 cup blanched broccoli and a piece of ginger.Step13Add salt and red chili powder to the mixture.Step14Process the ingredients until a mixture is formed.Step15Heat a frying pan and add a tbsp of oil of your choice.Step16Add a half a tsp cumin seeds and asafoetida.Step17Now add turmeric and the processed mixture.Step18Sauté well until the mixture looks drier than before but not too dry.Step19Adjust the spices and salt.Step20Turn the heat off and allow the mixture to cool down.Step21The green stuffing is ready.Step22Knead the dough again.Step23Take a small ball size dough and place it on a greased parchment paper.Step24Fold the paper and roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin.Step25The dough may break at this time. But it’s absolutely okay if it does.Step26Take the rolled dough on your palm and shape the dough to form a cup like structure.Step27Now add a spoon-full of mixture into it.Step28Seal the edges by adding some more dough on the top.Step29Roll between your palm to make a round Kachori.Step30You may need a few drops of water to roll the kachoris and make their surface look smooth and even.Step31Follow the same method to prepare other kachoris.Step32Now it’s time to prepare the low-carb baked Kachori.Step33Preheat the oven to 350’F.Step34Place the kachoris on a greased baking sheet.Step35Brush them with oil.Step36Bake them for 30 minutes and don’t forget to flip them after 15 minutes of cooking.Step37These kachoris cook slower than the wheat ones.Step38Therefore, you need a longer baking time for these to get the desired texture.Step39After 30 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven but allow the kachoris to stand for 5 minutes in the oven.Step40Serve warm kachoris with your favorite spicy curry( I made tofu tomato curry) and chutney.Step41Enjoy!IngredientsIngredients1 cupBlanched Almond Flour½ cupPsyllium Husk2 teaspoonsCoconut Oil (ghee/vegan butter)add Salt½ teaspoonCarom Seeds¼ teaspoonBaking Soda½ teaspoonBaking Powder1 cupBlanched Broccoli½ cupWalnuts (soaked, + almonds)2 Green Chilies½ cupCilantro1 inchGinger (peeled)½ teaspoonRed Chili Powderadd Salt1 pinchAsafoetida (optional)1 pinchTurmericSee moreNutritionalNutritional241 Calories13 gTotal Fat31 gCarbohydrate181 mgSodium5 gProteinFrom mydaintysoulcurry.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherBaked Kachori - sanjeev kapoorsanjeevkapoor.comThe Best Oven Baked Curry Puffs - Scruff & Stephscruffandsteph.comKhasta Kachori a Crispy Lentil-Filled Pastry - The Spruce …thespruceeats.comCrispy Kachori Stuffed with Spicy Dry Masala - Foodviva.comfoodviva.comAloo Kachori North Indian Style - My Dainty Kitchenmydaintykitchen.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
