3. Line a mesh sieve with a jelly bag or nut milk bag and place over a bowl. Pour the berry mixture over the sieve. Press with a spoon or spatula to push the juice into the bowl. You should get about 2 cups of juice (add water to reach this amount if you don't get enough).
4. Meanwhile, pour the remaining 1/4 cup water into a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder into the bowl. Stir together, then set aside to bloom for at least 5 minutes.

6. Walden Farms Raspberry Fruit Spread. We we're hoping to like Walden Farm's strawberry fruit spread more than we did since it has no calories or carbs per serving.
7. Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Jam. Smucker's is a well-known brand of jam that you can find at most grocers, even the newer sugar-free versions. Compared to the other jams (or preserves) on this list, Smucker's sugar-free strawberry jam is blander and more jelly-ish in texture.
8. Chia Smash - Raspberry Jam. Although we love the simplicity of ingredients in this Chia Smash (just 4 natural ingredients), we didn't enjoy the taste of it.
