1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Toss jalapeños with just enough olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Roast jalapeños on a rimmed baking sheet for 10 minutes. Let cool then chop.
4. Mix cooked macaroni and cream cheese while pasta is still slightly warm. Let cool then add bacon, cheddar, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and jalapeños.

1. Cook pasta to al dente in salted water. Drain well.
2. While pasta is cooking, stir together cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl until mostly smooth. (It's ok if cream cheese isn't fully blended in.)
3. Once pasta is drained, let it cool a few minutes, and then add it to mayonnaise mixture. It should still be very warm and the heat will help smooth out the cream cheese. Stir well.
4. Mix in jalapenos, green onions. bacon, and shredded cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
