Place the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large measuring cup and whisk until smooth. Pour the cream into a clean whipped cream dispenser. Screw the lid on tightly. Place an N20 charger into the charger holder and screw onto the dispenser lid, allowing the gasses to flow into the dispenser.

The Thermo whip and gourmet whip don’t produce good cream with only one charger. The one I use is the .25l mini whip as one charger in that produces great cream – but it still loses it shape and turns runny after a few hours.
