How do you cook frozen chicken wings in instant Vortex Pro? Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and optional baking powder. Set them in a single layer on the air fryer trays. Cook at 380F for 25 minutes, switching the trays halfway through. While the wings cook, make your desired sauce (or both!).
If you have a Instant Vortex, Instant Omni, or other air fryer, you can air fry these instead on 400 for a couple of minutes until the sauce firms up. You can also skip broiling or air frying the legs if desired. Serve your Instant Pot Chicken legs with a low carb or keto sauce.
