Ingredients 1 1 cup simple syrup 2 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 Pinch of nutmeg 5 3 cups milk (or non-dairy milk for dairy-free RumChata) 6 ½ cup dark rum 7 Ice
This makes a small pitcher of rumchata then add 1/2 cup rum and some ice. If you want to make just the base and pour singe drinks, then add a shot (or a half shot) of rum and half a glass of ice to a glass, the pour base over that until full. in pitcher add milk, syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour RumChata Limón and cold latte into shaker with ice. Quickly shake and pour into a collins glass. Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass. Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and shake. Strain into iced collins glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass; sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine over ice in a tall glass. Careful: to avoid separation please pour root beer over ice first, then add RumChata to cooled root beer. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into martini glass.
