A keto beer and cheddar soup that will blow your mind. Delicious and super easy to make. Only 4 carbs per serving! In a deep pot, add in the butter, garlic, onion, thyme and rosemary. Turn on medium-low heat. In a second pot over medium-low heat, add in the beer and bring to a simmer. Cook until it has reduced by almost a half.
Beer Cheese soup is considered a German (or Eastern European) recipe and was brought to the United States by German immigrants. The beer and cheeses used have morphed over the years, based on what’s available regionally. However, since we are using Irish cheese, we feel this is a great recipe for Saint Patrick’s Day!

It’s one of our most popular recipes and also a favorite of mine (of course, I love anything that involves cheese!)
