60+ Eggless Baking Recipes (Egg-free Desserts) - Spice Up

Estimated Reading Time: 6 mins1. Low-Carb Mocha Lace Biscuits. Delicate and delicious, with a coffee undertone — these would be perfect with golden monkfruit and a Rocket Fuel Latte!
2. Grain-free Lemon Cookie Tarts. I don’t mean to brag, but these lemon cookie tarts are AMAZING, and they’re filled with a dairy-free vanilla coconut cream.
3. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Pumpkin and chocolate together in a cookie, with golden monkfruit instead of honey for just a hint of caramelly goodness.
4. Indian Keto Coconut Bars. Not your average sweet treat! These bars are nice and light, with the complex flavor of fresh saffron! Make them with monkfruit and share the sweetness with a few friends.
5. Low Carb Shortbread Cookies. These shortbread cookies have a great crunch factor, finished by dipping them in luscious melted chocolate chocolate chips from Lily’s.
6. Egg-Free Coconut Macaroons. Mounds of coconut, sweetened with monkfruit, coconut milk, and flavored with vanilla, plus cocoa powder if you’re feeling fancy … which is totally normal, because macaroons are pretty fancy.
7. Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Breakfast Cookies. I’m totally down for any recipe that encourages me to eat cookies for breakfast. Use golden monkfruit in place of honey to deepen the flavors of cinnamon raisin… morning comfort in a cookie!
8. Mocha Vegan Keto Cupcakes. Smooth and rich chocolate cupcakes and topped with avocado mousse — whoa. I’d use golden monkfruit to deepen the mocha flavors, or you can keep it nice and light with classic monkfruit!
9. Low Carb Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp. Just a few sprinkles of monkfruit will brighten up the strawberries and rhubarb for a crisp that is refreshingly sweet!
10. N’Oatmeal Chocolate Bacon Bars. Okay, so I cheated a little because technically these aren’t a baked good (no baking involved!) but they are too good to not share!

Rating: 4.9/5
Calories: 68 per servingCategory: Breakfast, Side Dish1. Preheat oven 180°C (350°F), fan mode works the best and faster. Otherwise, use conventional baking mode. Line a loaf pan 9 inches x 5 inches with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Measure all your ingredients carefully before you start. I highly recommend weighing your ingredients in grams or oz for precision rather than cups. If you use cups, make sure they are packed, leveled up using flour with no lumps.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
4. Add apple cider vinegar and lukewarm water (think hot bath temperature, cold water won't activate the fiber in the flour, and the ingredients won't bind)0

WebA delicious easy low-carb baking recipe with only 3 grams of net carbs per slice! Author: Carine Claudepierre …

Rating: 4.9/5
Calories: 174 per servingCategory: Side Dish1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F), preferably on convection mode. Line a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan with a piece of parchment paper. Slightly oil the paper to make sure the bread doesn't stick to the pan. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients, whisk to combine.
3. Add the liquid ingredients. The order doesn't matter. Combine with a spatula or a spoon, then use your hands to knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes. The batter is very moist at first, getting dryer as you go. After 2 minutes, it should come together easily to form a dough. If it is still sticky, add more husk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, knead for 30 seconds and see how it goes. The dough will always be a bit moist, but it shouldn't stick to your hands at all. If so, the egg-free keto bread will be too moist when baked.
4. Set aside 10 minutes to let the fiber fully absorb the liquid.
