1. Put both flours you’re using in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add salt and sugar and give it all a good mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Add dry yeast and stir it in as well.
4. Make a well in the centre of your dry mix and pour in warm water and mix it in with a spoon until combined. You’ll have pretty sticky dough and that’s how it should be.

4. When you decide the dough is ready, preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Put your Dutch oven, uncovered, (I put the lid on the shelf below) into the preheated oven for at least 30 minutes.
