1. Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and set it aside to cool while you work.

3. In a wok or skillet on high heat, add the vegetable oil. When the oil is warm, add the the garlic and ginger and saute for about about two minutes until the garlic begins to soften. Then add the vegetables and cook for 6-7 minutes or until the vegetables begin to get tender. You will need to stir the vegetables as they cook to prevent burning
4. Toss in the mixture from the small bowl and the cooked pasta and continue to stir and cook your Lo Mein until the ingredients are all warm and mixed well.
