2. Slice the pork tenderloin in 1/2-inch slices, then cut each slice horizontally. Put them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 2 tsp dried thyme. Mix well.
3. In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork tenderloin in batches, just to brown the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside when done.
4. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, leaving them in fairly large pieces. Sautee the mushrooms over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the heat.
