2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
3. Using a separate bowl, whisk eggs.
4. Heat butter and avocado oil over medium high heat.
5. Preheat the oven to 425° F and grease a baking rack on a sheet pan, or grease a sheet pan if not using the baking rack.
6. Gently press the tilapia filets between two layers of paper towels to remove excess liquid. Season the filets with salt and pepper. Then transfer to filets to the prepared baking sheet.
7. In a medium bowl, combine the kraft parmesan cheese, fresh parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning.
8. Squeeze the Lemon juice over the tilapia filets.
9. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano; arrange fish in a 9x13 baking dish.
10. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest; pour over tilapia.
11. Bake tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes and is fork-tender.
12. Garnish with pepper flakes, parsley, and lemon slices. Serve.
