A low carb version of a baking mix based pizza crust. Carbquick Baking Mix - 1 ½ cups. Hot Tap Water- start with ¼ cup. Olive Oil- 1 tablespoon. Optional- seasonings such as salt as needed for taste. Preheat your oven to 450 and prep a pan for nonstick.
Add 1 tsp of Garlic Powder and 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning. I mixed the dough by hand with a spatula. Once it is fully mixed the consistency is a little less firm than other dough, but you really just need it to be able to hold form. Take the dough and transfer it to your parchment paper lined pan.
Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and add in egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Mix with a spoon until well incorporated. Transfer dough onto a large piece of parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper.
Form the dough in a thin pizza shape either by pressing with your hands or using a rolling pin. Press holes into the uncooked pizza dough using a pointy object like a fork, toothpick or knife. This last step will help ensure the dough does not bubble in the oven.
