Of course my recipe for easy sugar free chocolate sauce is completely keto-friendly. We’re using: heavy cream, water, allulose, brown Swerve sweetener, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, butter, vanilla extract, and low carb chocolate chips (like Lily’s or Lakanto). This keto chocolate sauce recipe is low carb but tastes sooooo indulgent!
To make the chocolate sauce, you simply melt together the ingredients over a very low heat. You can do this in a saucepan, directly over the heat or in a double boiler, where you place the ingredients into a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, to gently melt.
This Keto Chocolate Fudge Sauce recipe makes approximately 350g/12oz, which is 12 serves. 1 serving is 30g/1oz or 2 tablespoons. Place a heatproof bowl over simmering water and add the butter and chocolate. When the chocolate has almost melted, mix through the vanilla, cream, and syrup. Stir well until combined and smooth.
