3. Blend cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter evenly into pans (about 2 cups in each pan) and bake 32 to 36 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pans on wire rack for 20 minutes. Remove cakes from pans onto wire rack and allow to cool completely.
