1. Stir the eggs and salt in a mixer till blended. Add sweetener and beat for one minute or till egg is lighter in color.
2. Slowly drizzle in the butter while stirring. Add the almond flour and vanilla and beat for about 20 seconds till well mixed.
3. Preheat the waffle cone iron while the dough sets (allow dough to set about 5 minutes). I use setting 3, but you can experiment to see which setting you prefer.
4. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons into the hot waffle cone maker slightly off center toward the back (where the iron bends). The batter will move forward slightly as you close the iron. Close the iron slowly to allow the batter to spread evenly, and latch it.

1. Put the cones in a food processor and process until they are finely ground. You should end up with somewhere around 1 1/2 cups of crumbs.
2. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter, tossing as you add the butter, until they are completely mixed.
3. Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch pie plate and gently but firmly press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides. Put the crust in the freezer while you make the ganache.
4. Heat the cream until it just comes to a simmer. Take off the heat and add the chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, and then stir until smooth. let cool slightly, then pour into the cold crust, and push it up the sides a little bit. Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

1. Break apart and put all 12 of the sugar cones into a food processor and pulse until they are coarse crumbs. Pour in melted butter and pulse until combined with sugar cone crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 8” round spring form pan. Place crust in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
2. After 10-15 minutes remove crust from freezer and add half of the Smucker's Chocolate Magic Shell to the top of crust. Return to freezer for 10 minutes and remove the vanilla ice cream {it needs to soften and become easy to work with}.
3. Once the 10 minutes is up press ½ of the vanilla ice cream over the chocolate covered crust. Return to freezer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove from freezer and add caramel sauce. Spread the sauce to the edges of the pan. Return to freezer for 10-15 minutes.
